The Vegan and the Vegetarian

I have been a vegetarian all my life. And intend to be for the rest of it. I am still not sure of the reason.Religion - I do not think so. I do not believe in God, so that makes me an outlaw in terms of religion.Animal Rights - While I do not condone torture and mis-treatment of animals, this still is not the reason why I am a vegetarian. I do love dogs but I still drink cows milk - I am not a vegan. I do not eat meat and eggs.What made me rant all this?Well, if you want to get some vegan receipes, head on to Vegan Momma.

hey ! Not eating - eggs and meat makes you a vegetarian. not a vegan. a vegan doesn't eat any animal products - including dairy items ! -suma
