Teeth Too White?
Yup - needs to be yellowed down.

Damned cool dude !! That's one hell of a piece of work there.. I don't know about yellowing down the teeth though. May make him look like a driveling lunatic rather than in rage :D
Pure white and pure black - a big no no ...
... in paintings.
Atleast, that is what I have read.
It would not be yellowed to the point of a driveling lunatic, but just to dull it down a bit.
